Giving you
the Competitive Advantage

Recoil designs and manufactures a range of lightweight Tsunami fire suppression systems and ballistically tolerant Zeus auxiliary fuel tanks for military and commercial helicopter operations around the world.

What we do

We Stand Apart

Our motto: simple solutions for complex problems. We believe a solution should be superior, providing decreased weight while boosting reliability, durability, and aircraft capability, without adding any undue complexity.

Our Tsunami fire suppression solutions are the world’s only tanks using pneumatic systems – lighter, smaller, higher performing, and environmentally friendly alternatives to hydraulics. They are also the only tanks built of carbon fiber – stronger than steel, lighter than aluminum, and completely repairable.

Together these out-of-the-box innovations provide our customers with extremely reliable and durable lightweight products that allow operators to enjoy increased aircraft capabilities due to considerable weight savings.
